Cancellation Policy At The Bexx Effect, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the booked service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. No-shows will also be subject to the 20% cancellation fee and may require a deposit to secure future bookings.
